The one thing we all have
in common is that we all have thoughts of worry, doubt and fear to
varying degrees.
Why is this, you might
ask?
Because we latch onto
these types of thought patterns as a method of survival early in life
and we find them almost impossible to change later on.
Our thoughts to a large
degree create our day to day reality. When we focus on something, it
expands. If we think about poverty all day long we will create poverty
for ourselves.
No one ever got rich by
thinking about poverty. On the other hand if we think about becoming
wealthy all the time and we hold a vision of what wealth would be like
if we had it right now, we couldn't help but become rich.
If we are thinking about a
specific car we'd like to own and we think about it constantly, we would
start seeing this car everywhere we went.
That's how it works...What
we focus on moves to the forefront of our mind and to the forefront of
our life.
So how can we let go of
negativity, you ask?
It all begins with taking
responsibility for our actions and thoughts.
Realize that the only way
we can become rich, happy and creative is to start taking charge of our
mind.
One way to do this is to
stop negative thoughts from entering your mind. This can be accomplished
by using a technique called thought blocking. How this works is that
when we notice ourselves going into one of our less desirable thought
patterns, we just stop our thoughts and think about something else.
And we continually do this
until the pattern is changed. It'll take a while but it works.
Getting into a Wealth
Creation Mindset and therefore attracting wealth into our lives is a
simple process but it's not easy.
It's difficult to hold a
vision of ourselves as wealthy in our mind long enough to make it a
reality...It takes huge mental effort. The payoff is gigantic though, if
we persist.
So the process goes like
this...Find out what you really want. Get a vision of it. Hold that
vision clearly for as long as you can. Push out any opposing thoughts.
Make all this a habit and
the Wealth Creation Mindset will be yours!
