The Mind and Our Greatest Misconception

Day in and day out we allow random thoughts to flow through our minds over 60,000 thoughts a day. We think we have no control over what we see or hear, and we make no attempts to control these thoughts. It is normal for us to have random thoughts flowing though our heads, but not making an attempt to control those thoughts is one of the great misconceptions of our collective consciousness, what I tend to call one of the Universal Lies we have been told all our lives.

Changing your ideal life is dependent on your ability to control your thinking. You have to learn to focus your thoughts and follow through on action plans to harness the power of the most powerful instrument in your possession, your mind.

How do you do that?
The mind creates, exactly what we program it to create. The dominant thoughts you constantly replay in your head are being stored, processed and produced by your subconscious mind without questioning the information, good or bad it becomes your reality. So think about it, how important is it to control your thoughts? I would say very important.

We are walking around carrying the most powerful tool on earth and no purchase is necessary. Yet what do we do with it? Look around you what do you see?

To unleash the power of your mind you have to understand what the mind is, its function, how it works and how to harness that power to change your life. It is like a puzzle you need all the pieces to complete the project.

Knowing the power of your mind may not be something new to most people, however, just knowing that you have the power to create does not mean automatic access to everything you want and need. It means you have the tools to start working on getting what you want and deserve. You have to learn how to use your mind as a tool for your progress, you have to learn to use our mind as a tool to keep up on track and focused, you have to learn to use your mind as tool to keep you sane in light of the obstacles life will be hurling at you, you have to learn to use your mind as a guide a beacon of sorts to help keep you rooted in reality.

It all starts with your mind and you have the power.
