Do you want to really get to know the world? Check out this video, take a close look at the information provided, when you are done, think of how you can add value.

Many of you may have seen this video apparently it has been around since 2001, (as it turns out I tend to be slow on the uptake). As I watch, I am going through a gamut of emotions.

I can’t get the information out of my head, for the first time it seems I can actually wrap my mind around the concept of what is going on in the world. When you make the numbers smaller then multiply it….

Talked to my sister apparently there has been an earthquake (6.0) in China today, okay enough is enough. After all these natural disasters, just yesterday I discovered the that Yosemite was on fire, saw a show on Sunday that showed the state New Orleans is still in. I can’t watch five minutes of the news and it is one thing after the other. More than half of the people on earth are hungry. I have go to do something, I find tools to make my life better and I will provide tools to help you make your lives better but WE have got to do something more to help the world.

I must do something, how can I help, with one phone call I contact the Friends of the World Food Program, I struggle to articulate what I want but bottom line I want to put a link to their donations page on my blog and that is just the first step.

I believe I have just added value to the world. It is your turn, do not look at this video and make it about you, do not look at this video and do nothing. Look at this video and donate something to help.

What can you do?
1. Donate
2. If you have a blog or website go to this page Friends of the World Food Program, get a banner and put it on your site, it will cost you nothing.
3. Share this information with your family, friend and just about anyone you know, you can use a link this post or start your own post or write them an email go to Youtube share the video BUT MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A LINK TO WHATEVER CHARITY YOU CHOOSE.
4. Know that I thank you from the bottom of my heart because doing this is just the first step for me.

Please we can’t continue to watch the news and feel helpless, imagine the world with 100 people now think of the world with 6 million people. This is a good place to start, if everyone does whatever little they can do. We Must Be The Change We Want To See…
