How to Create and Use a Vision Board

Vision Board
A vision board is a visual representation of your ideal life, your goals and dreams. The vision board is a poster you create with pictures of your goals and anything that would remind you of the life you want to create. You should place your vision board in a visible location in your bedroom or study. You need a poster, pictures, and your thoughts (words or sentences) of the things your want and who you want to be. The Vision Board helps you activate your Mind Power and connect you to the Creative Source. This is one of the most powerful tools for working with the Law of Attraction.

□ Write in detailed description of your ideal life.
□ Start collecting pictures to help you visualize the things you have listed.
□ Paste your pictures on a board with words and phrases you value.
□ Place your Vision Board in a prominent location where you can see it everyday. It will help you keep your mind focused on what you want.
□ At the start and end of each day review the list and meditate on the pictures.
□ Hold the mental images of what you want with the most positive certainty that they are being made, or on their way to you.
□ After forming the thought, have the most absolute and unquestioning faith that these things are coming.
□ Never think or speak of them in any other way than as being sure to arrive. Claim them as already yours.
□ When your mind flutters into negativity, recall images of your ideal life.
