Sit Up Straight– Daily Vigilance

Do you sit with your shoulders hunched over and neck clenched tight with stress? If you are like me, then you get moments when you tell yourself to sit straight and relax. So I am asking you to do the same. Now relax your shoulders, relax your neck, relax your face and take deep breathes: Innnnnnnnn, outttttttt, innnnnnnn, outttttttttttttt, innnnnnnnnn, outttttttttttttttttt.
You get the drift. Take care of yourself, if this little exercise did not help, then it is time to take a five minute or more break. In my case it is time to go to sleep.
Cheers and remember it is all about living eternal vigilance.
