Do Something Healthy For Yourself Today – Daily Vigilance

Do something healthy for yourself today, here are three simple things you can do to accomplish this goal.
1. Don’t eat that 3rd Doughnut (ahhhh! doughnuts) ![]()
2. Don’t bailout on the Gym, you will not get today back.
3. Eats or drink one serving of fruit and vegetables. Orange, apple or pineapple juice does not count. Drink carrot juice or eat a carrot. Make a vegetable soup you get to eat and drink your vegetables.
One healthy day a week, can you imagine how thankful your body would be. Do this once a week and before you know it you will be doing this twice a week. I will not push my luck on this one. Try one day first and I am sure you will be alive to tell us about it.
