This is the third part of my three part series on Can A Person Change? This has been a very enlightening post for me, I hope it does the same for you. Please enjoy…
How do you “find your core”? How do you recognize it?
It is that voice in the back of your head telling you, “You are better than this,” telling you, “You know who you are and you know what to do.” You simply have to start listening to recognize and accept the words.
What does it mean to “Take the journey back to discover this being”? Continue Reading »

Part Two of the journey to find out if a person can truly change, please enjoy reading and let me know what yo u think…
People Just Don’t Change Theory
As the title says, Can a Person Change? People just don’t change, look around you, people and yourself are doing the same exact things you were doing, say 18 years ago, really take a long hard look at your life what exactly are you doing differently? How are you different? I am not talking about your physical situation; I hope in all the years you look back you have changed. When I talk about physical change I mean, you graduate, you get married, I am not talking about the things that change with time but changes in the way you think, in what you do, does a person who habitually sleeps late become a morning person and loves it. Does a person fighting with addiction, food, spending, drugs wake up one morning and stops knowing deep inside that they will never become that person again.
People just don’t change or maybe it is just me. One good thing about this theory is that it gives me an excuse for others, I look at a person I have known for ages and marvel at how much the same person they are and my “people just don’t change theory” helps me accept them for who they are, gives me a reason to love them more, or lets me know it is time to end the relationship.
People just don’t change, how sad.

Note from the Author:
These series of blogs came about during a period when I knew I was changing, into what or whom I could not say when I started but this was one of the processes I went through when dealing with the change. Please enjoy and I hope it helps you find your way through this journey called life.
I found an 18 year old journal entry, yes, I was a child when I wrote it, but much to my dismay some of the entries seemed like something I could have written yesterday. I walked away too scared to admit the realization that I may still be the person I was when I made that journal entry. It took me four weeks of denial and trying to come up with some evidence to prove this realization wrong before I could look at those pages again.
Each week I seem to come up with a new theory on how face myself and face the true in the possibility that I had not changed in 18 years, or that I had changed and didn’t know into what. My journey was not to discover something earth shattering or new ways to split the atom, my journey was to find a way to soften to blow. I am sharing with you the results of my journey, in the hopes that if you are also on a quest to seek the truth about yourself or searching for proof that you have changed in some way, that this would help you on your journey.

The Universal Laws give you control over the direction your life is going. They make you take responsibility for your actions, taking away the constant need to find blame outside yourself for the anything that is happening in your life.
I have found the answers to everything that has happened in my life good or bad has been a result or either the application or violation of one or more of the universal laws. I then realized that learning to use the universal laws in your everyday life is like having a set of instructions to guide you through life and keep you on the right path. Here is an example of the application and violation of the universal laws.
Problem:“It is like she hates me but I don’t feel that way about her.”
Law(s) Violated: Law of Cause and Effect and Law of Correspondence.
Solution – Law(s) Applied: Continue Reading »

The forgiving state of mind is a magnetic power for attracting good.
Catherine Ponder
The law of forgiveness is the most powerful and important universal law, it states that: in order to make your life better you must begin by forgiving everyone, everything, every experience and every memory in your life that needs forgiveness.
Why? There are two reasons why you must forgive: first if you want to be forgiven you have to forgive and second, if you harbor any ill will, anger, regret or hate towards anybody you are preventing anything good and lasting from entering your life. Negativity of any kind clouds your mind, preventing it from creating the good that you deserve in you life and does serious damage to your health. Continue Reading »

Earlier this year, I woke up one morning and the person I used to be was gone, Poof! It felt strange for a few hours because I didn’t know what was happening. All I knew was something had changed and it was big. I had been working on this change for years, wishing, waiting, wanting then one day it happened. I had thought it would be a gradual occurrence or perhaps it was because I woke up and everything that was important to the person I used to be no longer held true.
I was ecstatic, empowered and ready to face the world. The only thing was who was this person I was going to be living next few days, months or years of my life? I still had the home, cloths, hair of the person I used to be, where did I start? You see, when you wake up one morning a new person, you are still living the life of person you used to be, but with a little planning the transition will not be as jarring, scary or hard as it could be. The law of nonresistance is a protection law, the law asks that you believe in only good, good thing, good people and good outcomes. If you believe there is only good nothing bad can happen to you, Non-resistance means there is nothing to resist, when you think no one is out there trying to cause you harm, then no one is out there trying to cause you harm.
The law of nonresistance is your protection from the negative thoughts of people around you. The law requires that you do not fear that anything bad will happen to you. For the law to protect you, you must send out thoughts of good will to people around you. You should think that all people around only want what is good for you.
Whenever you start something bless it with success, nothing bad can happen therefore you know to expect only good results in all your endeavors. Continue Reading »

Here is my tribute to the Hallmark© Month of Love – February. If you have ever been in a relationship knowing that you deserve better then I have something inspirational for you. If you think you deserve better in your current relationship then you deserve better let’s just end it there. Can you do better? Of course. How do you get better? Three words: Law of Attraction. How does it work? You attract into your life that which you constantly think of. I know most of us have lists of what the ideal relationship is, just like we have visions of our ideal lives, so why are we not living these “Oh so ideal lives?” Because deep inside you don’t think you don’t really believe you deserve better. Doesn’t that suck? According to the Universal Laws you live in “Suckville” because that is where you truly believe you should be. Everything in your life is your doing I am still trying to wrap my mind around that one. It is a hard one to swallow, but it is true.
Good news is that there is a one-way ticket out of Suckville, it requires that you find something positive, that evokes beautiful emotions in you and stay in that mode until you start to vibrate on the level of what you want. Continue Reading »
