I would say welcome back but I am the one who has been away.
It isn’t for the moment you are struck that you need courage, but for the long uphill climb back to sanity and faith and security.
Anne Marrow Lindbergh, 1906-2001 American pilot, poet and writer
Anyone that has ever been struck by anything, another person or life, you know that picking yourself up and getting back on track, getting on your feet is where you need all the courage you can find. It is with courage that you are able to keep the faith and that is eighty percent of what you need to get back on your feet.
Friends come and go, but with a precious few you should hold on to… because the older you get the more you need the people who knew you when you were young. – Mary Schmich
The importance of friends is never more evident than when you lose them. My life and experiences have taught me to hold on to the “Precious” few. Why precious few? Because in life you need to know that there are people out there that have your back, people you can count on no matter what. It is a pretty lonely life without such friends but life is such that you meet and make new friends everyday. It is up to you to weed out the friends that make you feel less than yourself, the friends you don’t trust to be there for you and so on, they are the friends that come and go. It is also up to you to take care of the “Precious Few”, the same way you expect them to take care of You.
The Universal Laws give you control over the direction your life is going. They make you take responsibility for your actions, taking away the constant need to find blame outside yourself for the anything that is happening in your life.
I have found the answers to everything that has happened in my life good or bad has been a result or either the application or violation of one or more of the universal laws. I then realized that learning to use the universal laws in your everyday life is like having a set of instructions to guide you through life and keep you on the right path. Here is an example of the application and violation of the universal laws.
Problem:“It is like she hates me but I don’t feel that way about her.”
Law(s) Violated: Law of Cause and Effect and Law of Correspondence.
The law of nonresistance is a protection law, the law asks that you believe in only good, good thing, good people and good outcomes. If you believe there is only good nothing bad can happen to you, Non-resistance means there is nothing to resist, when you think no one is out there trying to cause you harm, then no one is out there trying to cause you harm.
The law of nonresistance is your protection from the negative thoughts of people around you. The law requires that you do not fear that anything bad will happen to you. For the law to protect you, you must send out thoughts of good will to people around you. You should think that all people around only want what is good for you.
Whenever you start something bless it with success, nothing bad can happen therefore you know to expect only good results in all your endeavors. Continue Reading »
Exactly how does one activate the law of attraction? I did some digging and I came up with steps to activate the law of attraction, it is quite simple but will require some work on your part. I have listed in detail the steps below and so with out much ado, I present to you:
A Step By Step Guide to Apply the Law of Attraction in Your Life
What do you want in your life? You have to be specific when you place your order with the universe. This not only activates the law of attraction and all other universal laws that will help you achieve your goals but it will also give you a clear vision of what you want your life to be.
How would you feel when your goals are accomplished? Words like feeling stress-free, happy, at peace, feeling of freedom, joy, calmness. Try to evoke these feelings don’t just think of feeling happy; evoke happy feelings, feeling of joy, calmness, stress-free. I remember thinking how do I evoke a feeling? That had been a road block for me, then one day I thought, Paris, I love Paris, the feeling like no one is really working in Paris always evokes feelings of joy, happiness, freedom and peace of mind in me.

Good news is that there is a one-way ticket out of Suckville, it requires that you find something positive, that evokes beautiful emotions in you and stay in that mode until you start to vibrate on the level of what you want. Continue Reading »
This is the third part of my Forgive & Forget Series. The series covers the benefits of forgiveness, I say, “Forget?” Because I believe if you forget you will make the same mistakes again.
In life, you learn something new everyday, part two of the series is taking the act of forgiveness from something you think you know in your head to the physical reaction or lack there of and knowing when you have truly forgiving someone.
Part three is a response to a comment I had from one of my readers Ron, who wanted to know: How knowing what it feels like to forgive has helped me. I started to reply the comment and thought, “Well, this could be Forgive & Forget? Part 3.” Thanks for the question Ron.
Writing the post, Forgive and Forget: How do you know when you have forgiven someone, helped me deal with forgiveness issues I thought I was handling very well until a call elicited a vile reaction in me. I am a huge believer in the Law of Forgiveness for reasons more selfish than moral: If I forgive someone, I move on with my life and they no longer have control of my emotions or decision making abilities, it is all about taking control of my life. Forgive and forget. Forgiving is great, however, I am not a big advocate of forgetting, it’s that whole learn from your past and don’t repeat the same mistake thing. So I try to apply the forgiving part in my life simply because I know the ramifications of not forgiving so I say, “Forgive and Move On.”
I have often wondered how I would know if I have truly forgiven someone, I don’t have that many people in my life I need to forgive, but the ones I do have, require frequent affirmations. How do I know when I have moved on? Is it the amount of time that has passed? Is it when I am at peace with myself? Or is it when I am finally on the road to fulfilling my desires? How do I know when I have forgiven someone? Continue Reading »
