Develop a Positive Attitude
How do you develop a positive attitude? The key is to learn to be nicer to yourself. Here are some tips to help you gradually change and develop a positive attitude.

Self-Help Tools: To develop a positive attitude, we are going to use the following tools: gratitude, positive thinking, and affirmations.

What are you saying to yourself?

Take a couple of days (no more than two or else you will need quick tips for procrastination) to pay attention to what you are thinking about when it comes to yourself, your finances, your career or job, your friends, family, coworkers and strangers you meet. Write down exactly what you think of. Try not to focus on the obvious, yes, you love some of these people, but what do you say about them in your head.

Take a Personal Accounting

What type of people, situations, and surroundings do you want in your life? Take a look around, if you are not living the life you envisioned for yourself, then it is time to attract what you want in your life. Take the list you have just created and change your negative, self-defeating thoughts to positive, self-affirming and empowering thoughts.

Use your Self-help Tools

Gratitude
When you pay your bills, say to yourself “I have received perfect service for that which I am paying. I send out this check with blessings, and the money shall return to me tenfold. I thank you.”

Positive Thinking
When you run into someone that annoys you, don’t think, “Ah! Here is that annoying person,” think. “I am going to have a great conversation,” or think, “I am so grateful that this will be short and sweet.”

Affirmations
Use the awesome art of positive self-talk in the form of affirmations. You will get to say super positive things to yourself like, I am happy, I weigh X pounds, my husband is amazing; my wife is happy and content, I am so grateful for the abundance in my life.

Focus on your Emotions
Focus on how you will feel when you have the things you desire. Use your positive emotions to boost your self-help tools, it will work wonder in your life.

Remember to use these tools when you find yourself spiraling into a vortex of negative thinking. You must be vigilant of your thoughts because if you like it or not your thoughts create your life.

Once you develop a positive attitude, you will have just gotten one of the most important keys to manifesting the life you desire.
