Who am I?
Sometimes even the most
self assured and confident of us find ourselves wondering, “Who am I?
What do I stand for? What do I believe in?”
You ask this question
because something has happened in your life to make you question yourself and your
purpose.
You are a combination of
your traits. You are a combination of those things you view as positive
or negative, no one is perfect. But you have to make your traits work
for you. You need to reinforce the positive traits. Don’t try to
suppress the negative that will only cause conflicts within yourself.
Negative traits exist to help you with your personal growth, so you need
to find a way to make your positive and negative traits work together.
When you know what traits
you have and accept them, you find yourself feeling stronger and more in
control of your life. No one can shake your confidence; you face your
life on a more solid footing. So accept yourself for who you are, life
is a work in progress.
Do Something
List all the positive and
negative traits you have. Don’t judge yourself. Look at the traits
which ones can you make stronger, which ones can you work on controlling and
which ones can you simply accept as part of you? This is who you are.
